3.4.1 Set Base "Speaking" Permissions

"Speaking Permissions" cases:

Broadcast base, which serves as a message bulletin/article delivery base. "Leaders only" for speaking.
AMA/live events, to ensure uninterrupted sharing of real-time content. "Designated Citizens/Leaders Only" for speaking .

Choose any base to enter, click the button in the upper right corner, and go to the base settings page to configure who can join the base/who can speak.
